Dehydration Headaches?

When I don't drink enough water, I get dehydration head-aches and these head-aches tend to make me throw-up. And if I didn't have anything to throw-up, I will start dry heaving and just throw-up stomach acids. Why does my body react this way? Does anyone else have this problem?

yea its called dehydration! i have the same problem! drink lots of water!

Some people react worse than others, but in general, severe headaches and nausea are common symptoms of dehydration.

Your body is telling you that you need to take better care of it.

Listen to your body and make it a point to drink plenty of water regularly, carry a bottle of water at all times and take sips from it. Do your best to prevent this.

These onsets are usually caused, no only by the lack of fluid intake ,but an electrolyte imbalance due to potassium insufficiency. Gater aid and other fluid replacement drinks are beneficial in relief dehydration signs and symptoms. Try them out.
