Severe Dehydration?

I know that this is going to sund really dumb but I think I am in severe dehydration. This weekend I did a lot of partying, I know bad, but I didn鈥檛 drink hardly any water. I feel aweful today. I couldn鈥檛 sleep last night even though I was sooooo tired, I am not thirsty in the least, I am getting cramps in my calves, headache that meds aren鈥檛 helping and no matter what I do I try to close my eyes but they feel soooo dry. Not to mention that my kidneys and stomach hurt. I am starting to see spots and am actually scared.
What do you guys think?? Should I go to the ER or keep forcing down the Gatorade??

In a severe case of dehydration the stomach will react violently to any fluid/food you swallow by vomiting so I doubt its severe dehydration
Pushing down fluids is not a bad thing to do but if you are experiencing the symptoms you describe, you should not be asking advice here, but at the hospital.
Seeing spots may indicate that something is interfering with your blood pressure which can cause you to pass out.
If you haven't already......go to a doctor.....Now.
Good luck

Gatorade should do it or vitamin water, and water. If it persists go see the doctor.

I think if you are actually having spots before your eyes, you should have a friend drive you to your doctor or the ER. Dehydration is often a result of "heavy partying", but if you are drinking now and it is not getting better, there may be something else going on.

Go to the ER. If it is that bad, you are not going to be able to drink enough fluids. It sounds like you need about 2 liters of IV fluids. Don't beat yourself up, but next time you may want to remember how much this hurts and practice some moderation. Oh, and by the way. Been there. Done that.

you may have a case of alcohol poisoning. go see your doctor and get an IV. Dehydration is tough to overcome and can cause permanent damage to your body,
