Dehydration - cause of stomach cramps? |
Hi all, Yes I used to work in Surgery for 10 years. Lack of water intake will cause many problems in a person if left untreated. An adult should drink around 13 cups per day. This is a base figure and not meant to be a standard if you are concerned please check with your doctor. |
