Why spinal pain after L5-S1 fusion 7 months ago?

broke back, spinal fusion L5-S1 also laminectomy. Now L5 radiulopothy(nerve damage). Also diagnosed with degenerative disk and joint disease.
Past 5 months horrifying pain in spine below where doctor did spinal fusion...goes down my butt crack tover my right hip bone and i can't hardly breath from the pain.....Can't sit or lay on my right side anymore..walking is horrifying as is moving....Right leg now grinds loudly now. Pain is burning and piercing in areas noted. Keep going to hospital....doctors WONT check out new area!!!!!! They ( and neurosurgon) keep telling me pain is not from lumbar surgury (they say spinal fusion took great). Keep putting me on temporary pain meds but nobody will look at the area that hurts. WHY?????????????????????????????????????...
Could someone out there help me?????????? Does anyone have an answer? I thought about going to new hospital just so that someone will do an x-ray to see what the heck is wrong.

wow...sorry for your troubles and your pain. you really should go somewhere else, get a second opinion. i'm sorry i don't have a good answer, i had a lumbarectomy in 98 it was awful for me. anyway, good luck to you, i hope you have lots of support from family and friends.
