How many people have suffered with this???

Has anybody here ever suffered from Cerebral Deep Vein Thrombosis with a possible link to the contraceptive pill? Or am I alone? (awww)

I am not able to take the contraceptive pill as this is a problem that runs in my family. Both my mother and grandmother have had pulmonary embolisms, which were caused by deep vein thrombosis. the pill i said to thicken your blood and therefore increases the chance of you getting DVT.

Many women over 35 who smoke suffer from this. MANY women.

I know a lot of people suffer from it, so you're not alone. I'm sorry you have to deal with it though!

my wife suffered from deep vein but it was caused by having a baby not preventing one as in the pill, she developed blood clots on the lungs it neally killed her, but both are doing fine now

wife had pulmonary thrombosis from BC.... sorry to hear about yours :(

No, cant say that I have. Sorry.

sorry you have to deal with that my sister did suffer with it

yes loads people get it some certain pills do this but the bad ones got taken of the market
