Temporary deafness after intense cardio workouts? |
Several times over the last year I have experienced short term deafness in one year, lasting a few minutes to 15 minutes after hard cardio workouts i.e. running sprints. Anyone experience the same? There's no ringing i.e. tinnitus, but similar to having your head submerged in water. That can happen when you have decreased blood flow to your head, like getting fuzzy vision when you feel light-headed. You could be working out too hard, take it down a notch and see if it helps. |
