Can any body give me a solution for "Bilateral profound sn deafness" in infants & treatments available |
Hi my name is santhosh from India, my 5 month old son is sufferring hearing loss by birth & the doctor has diagonised as bilateral profound sn deafness doctor say mainly due to some reasons like marring in relatives & etc etc, we do not match any of these reasons given by the doctor & my child is suffering with this disorder. The only possible treatment for profound deafness is a cohlear implant. However, these only work if the auditory nerve is intact and not damaged. |
