My son is suffering from sensori neural deafness.He is 20 now. can some one suggest any remedy please?

You don't say how bad your son's hearing loss is. Does he wear hearing aids, does he benefit from them? How long has he been deaf? Did he go to mainstream schools or a school for the deaf or hard of hearing? If hearing aids do not help, particularly for speech discrimination, you can have him tested for a cochlear implant. I have two and they have made a huge difference to my life.
