Can certain yoga exercises help a boy of 19 years suffering from sensori neuoral deafness? Sure... anything an help. Yoga has been shown to give someone major health benefits. It's workso ut the mind y forcing someone to focus on doing the moves, as well as stegnthening muscles. I'm personally not a big fan of yoga because I get bored, but it does and can help. If you get a tape of yoga or even go to a live class, the instructor will usually give move modifaactions if needed, for example if you can touch your toes, the exercise will be modified to touch your knees. |
