Interstatial Cystitis and Fibromyalgia and being pregnant? |
I was just wondering if it's harder being pregnant when having interstatial cystitis or Fibromyalgia or both.I have both. Also if you know if you can pass it to your child Those are questions for your rheumatologist. They say that autoimmune disorders are not inherited. But there is an incidence of people in the same family diagnosed with one or more different autoimmune diseases. Researchers are currently doing genome studies and DNA banks. I don't think you would be passing it on to your child. As in they would be born with it. I would be more concerned with how your body will react to your pregnancy. Talk to your OB/GYN & rheumatologist. |
