Cystitis. Any advice to prevent it happening? |
Sorry, I ask for my girfriend. Drink plenty of fluids. Empty your bladder when you have the urge rather than holding it. Wipe your bottom from front to back always. Urinate as soon as possible after sex and wash yourself. Shower instead of soaking in tub. Don't use bubble bath if you do bathe (but I wouldn't tub bathe). Don't use feminine deodorant or perfumed sprays. Cut down on caffeine. drink loads of fluids. also if your having rough sex it can cause it alot - tell your other other half to be more considerate and gentle!! |
