Help with cystitis?

my friends breastfeeding so cant take usual remedys any ideas please

Cranberry juice can be helpful if you drink natural unsweetened cranberry juice. You can find it in a health food store. It taste really bad. The ingredients in regular cranberry juice can irritate the bladder. Best thing to take is D-Mannose its a supplement you can find in most Drug Stores and health food stores. Must better than cranberry juice

cranberry juice and lots of it and bath in clear water (no bubble bath) three times a day, helped me!

My Mum swears by Cranberry juice too. Don't know how it works but it does, and it's SAFE

Definitely cranberry juice! It cleans the system out. And PLENTY of water.

there is an old saying which says the only way to put out a fire is with water. Drink lots and lots of water. Squash type drinks make this a little easier

Azo-Standard, get it at Wal-Mart in the meds dept. It's to 'numb' the bladder so it wont hurt so much when you pee. Anti-biotics are needed! It will clear up the infection before it reaches the kidneys. No sodas! No teas! Water or cranberry juice ONLY. No sex either!

i was always told to drink lots of lemon barley water

drink plenty of water and cranberry juice, don't wear nylon undies wear cotton.

antibiotics only can help. cranberry juice is a dhiuretic, it is not a treatment. there re antibiotics which can be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding.

drink lots of water and cranberry juice, water is the best keep a bottle next to you and drink it all day it flushes it out

Cranberry juice or just a lot of water can help. Also, just generally keeping clean in those areas and washing your hands before/after going to the toilet, as not to get any infections.

As the others have said, Cranberry Juice - i cant drink it cos it taste so foul, but you can get these herbal cranberry tablets which are safe in pregnanacy & breastfeeding. Just another thought if like me you cant bear the taste of it.

why dont you try drinking gallons of warm lemon barley water

cranberry juice and loads and loads of water
