Can Guys Get Cystitis?

Yes they can.

Yes, see a Urologist.

oh yeah
bring on the pain
go see the doc

I wouldnt put it past anyone to get anything no matter what modern medicine/science says...this is just the nature of the beast...science has been wrong before and will continue to do so because for the most part no one or nothing is perfect...

Yes. Men have bladders dont they? It is a bladder infection.

dip the old chap in warm salty water twice day, and drink plenty of water, trust me this will clear it up with out the hustle of the doctors

Yes men get the equivalent of it

yes men sometimes get cystitis, but not as often as women-ever seen" the green mile"?
Drink plenty of water or barley water and if symptoms persist get some anti-biotics from your doc!

It's better known in women, but us guys can get it too.

The causes vary, but it's treatable

see here for more info http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/diseases/fact...

hope this helps

Yep, im afraid they can. It will be uncomfortable and burn or sting when you pee. Also you will find that you feel like you need to pee nearly all the time and when you go only a dribble will come out. My friend had it and was in a lot of discomfort with it. Get it checked out cus it can get serious if not treated and do not have sex until its sorted cus you will end up passing it on. Drinking Cranberry juice is supposed to be very good if you have it. Try to remember to wear a condom if you are sleeping with a new partner and dont know where they have been.

Of course they can. Cranberry juice is a highly effective treatment in the early stages. Good health!!

ask your doctor mate

Women are usually affected because they have a short urethra than men and it is situated close to their anus. Hence women and girls must dry themselves from front to the back, towards the anus - not the other way around - to avoid leading bacteria from their intestines into the urethra.
Males also can get cystitis particularly those with a catheter or an enlarged prostate. Cystitis-like symptoms among young sexually active men can be attributed to venereal diseases.

Yes, they can. If you have burning with urination, see your doctor. Also, drink cranberry juice. It will really help.

yes see your gp for antibiotics and drink plety of water

Cystitis is a bacterial infection of the bladder or lower urinary tract. The condition primarily affects women, but can affect either sex and all age groups.
Signs and tests:-
Urinalysis commonly shows white blood cells (WBCs) or red blood cells (RBCs).
Urine culture (clean catch) or catheterized urine specimen may be done to find out what kind of bacteria is causing the infection and to determine the appropriate antibiotic for treatment.
Please see the webpages for more details on Cystitis.
