What could happen if i dont have a pituitary gland and a thyroid gland?

i had a disease called cushing syndrome had a tumor on my pituitary gland. Five years ago i had a surgery called GAMMA KNIFE RAY. Its a laser surgery well i could't afford a doctor and got declined from state help and ssi so i cant afford to know whats going on.i have alot of issues going on in my body i would like to know what is going on. Last year i went to a doc. he told me that the surgery not only hit my tumor but it took my thyroid and pituitary gland to. I would like to know what is going on but once again can't afford everything thats going on in my life. any answer will help me a lil bit.Just trying to figure out why i pass out out of nowhere,when i get to hot or if i get to mad. i went to the hospital all they do is send me home and tell me nothing is wrong i am 29 been dealing with this since i was 22. Please help me if you can. thank you.

i am on no medication at all i have a wonderful family that keeps my spirits up and i try keeping up with my six year old boy thats what keeps me going.

you need to be on thyroid replacement medication
your thyroid regulates your body and you will feel like crap with out medication

You don't state whether or not if you are on thyroid hormone. If you aren't, you should be especially with no thyroid gland. I would assume a TSH is useless to do if you don't have the pituitary gland, but a free t4 and free t3 could tell how your thyroid levels are.

You need to be on thyroid medication. It will make a huge difference in how you feel. Generic thyroid meds can be bought as cheap as $4.00 at Walmart. I am on Armour thyroid. It's about $20 a month, but I found it helps more than the man-made medications. I elieve there's a generic of that also. Added thyroid links below
