I am 5'3. what would you say would be my ideal weight and measurements? any tips to get rid of a fat belly?

i'm on a diet, i've lost 27 pounds so far. i want to look good.

(by the way, i've lost it the healthy way, it's taken me 9 months to lose it.)

i have a lot of abdominal fat and a big stomach pooch cuz i had cushing's syndrome a few years ago, and it just won't go away.... i'm 18 now, i should be in good shape, but i guess it'll take some time. any tips on losing my belly fat? thank you.

Keep up the good work!! Try working those abs, and keep up the clean eating. You are young enough to bounce back so stay postitive. Try a new workout to change up the same old routine. Remember, the stomach will be the last place to shed!

running, sit ups, pilattes and a diet... it's sounds like your already on the right track..keep doing what ur doing and you;ll get there

good luck and keep up the good work

no more cup cakes. Do some sit-ups. I heard eating butter helps lose the pounds.

i just read that ideal weight for a woman who stands 5 feet even is 100 pounds every inch taller you need to add five pounds, any inch shorter subrtract 5 pounds, personally i dont think id look good at 125 pounds..more like 145

In Between 125-145
