Ulnar Nerve Transposition for Cubital Tunnel Syndrome?

I want to have this surgery done at the start of Winter Break. Has anyone had it before and can you go over what it was like for you please?

The surgeon opens up from behind the elbow, locates the ulnar nerve(sits at the funny bone area), and transplants it in front of the bone where it will be safe from irritation from the bone or whatever.

my single advice is to choose a very good surgeon,in many instances the ulner nerve get damaged during THIS surgery unless the surgeon is very skillful.
another option is to have what is called ULNAR NERVE RELEASE in which they just free the nerve from the pressure of the surrounding soft tissue.
this is a much safer procedure & may get you the same results.
Goood luck.
