Crutches tips? |
I recently displaced a growth plate in my foot, so i'm on crutches for awhile; It is a lot faster if you step first with the crutches (while you bad foot is off the ground) and then with your good foot, you can gain some good momentum doing this. just try putting the crutch closest to the corner farther back than the one on the outside.....if they ever start to hurt your underarms, you can use small pillows or pads they really help Its like everything , ou have to get the hang of them then you will be flying. dont go to fast because you could slip. |
