Was on crutches for a little less than two weeks. How long will it take to regain strength? |
I was on crutches for a little less than two weeks because of joint effusion. The doctor aspirated the fluid today, and he told me to start walking today. I am going to see a physical therapist soon, but how long will it take to be able to walk again? And what exercises can I do to regain strength as quickly as possible? Ask the therapist. They'll give you an exercise program. |
