Walking with crutches for training? |
Sounds crazy and kinda weird,but when i was in elementary school,some guy broke his left leg and so he had to resort to using crutches.After like 1/2 a month or so,his bicep muscles kinda doubled in size and he got abnormally strong?So shld i try? To kim-u kinda misunderstood what i was trying to propose ,so to clarify things,let me state that i'll onli be walking with crutches *after* i get home from training for the extra workout.I dun wanna walk using crutches to school or anything, i agree i'd look stupid.I train everyday,i do weight lifting,sprints,crosscountry and participate in marathons regularly.So all i want is really something extra:) Your biceps may get stronger, but your legs will get weaker. Its up to you but crutches stink let me tell you. I have been on crutches a few times and they kill you to use them. I get very tired after a while so I would suggest if you are going to use them just to use them don't go into stores or anything like that for them. However, I think weight lifting would be a better choice. Alright... I usually have an open mind and am pretty compassionate to people but you are an idiot... |

first you need to relax & breath...its no big deal do not worry about those kids from school...take care of that knee which is more important then what immature kids in school are going to thin... There's nothing to be afraid of with crutches. I have had to use them many times. Just take your time and you will be fine. Have a buddy carry your books etc. Your teachers will understand if ... |
