Help with Croup?

Hi,
My 2 sons have croup at the moment. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for relieving the cough. They are on oral steroids but they take about 24hours to take good effects apparently.

try tea with honey,frozen treats as well,try letting them sit in hot stemy bathroom for 20 min to help loosen up phelm and stuff,Jello,cough drops and cough lolipops

Steam - and lots of it! Run a bath or shower hot hot hot with doors and windows closed, so you really steam the room up.
