What can you do to help the croup for a 3yr. old?

take him in the bask room and let the steam from the shower clear him up dont put them in the water jjust let them inhail the steam

Vick's Vapor Rub, hot steamy shower, or vaporizor (hot-steam humidifer).

If he/she is coughing uncontrollably take the child into the bathroom and run the shower hot so that steam fills the air. Your child will breath easier. Make sure the child doesn't get too close to the hot water or you will have a new problem on your hands.
