Cramps ?!!!!!!!? |
I had a really bad day from changing underwear and pants at school to cramps wihile being cramped up lol school was #$!@ lmao well anywawys how and what can i do about cramps while im at school i carry motrin against school rules but that takes like an hour to kick in is there anything i can do while im waiting for it to kick in because it is very annnoying Take deep breaths. i have two daughters and 7 grand daughters and been a nurse for 31 yrs the only thing that seems to help cramps is calcium 500 mg one a day starting the week before your cycle begins ....try it... and the calcium is good for your bones to |

First, try using a heating pad on the area where you're experiencing cramps. Drink light fluids and don't get up. Just relax in a chair with your heating pad ... Drink plenty of water. Eat some bananas for the potassium. Eat some dark chocolate. Dont no wut the chocolate iz for but I hear it works. Take a hot bath tonite. & try to git some execise ... Well, you can try drinking tea, thats always helped me. Other than that i'm not sure. But taking 2 motrin always works for me. ...bananas help. Bending over helps. And heating pads help. When playing soccer your probably more focused on the game then on your cramps. ...Hey dear if u done the test and its negative then why to worry dear dont take stress or get tensed it makes more delaying periods.Sometimes harmonal changes also make periods delay for few days not... |
