i play soccer and i run a lot and i don't get cramps in the game when i'm playing, but if i'm running around outside or what ever and i get really bad crampd and i get naseaeous why don't i get it in soccer? bananas help. this will help I used to get the same thing when I was young, and I also played sports including soccer. My coach would ask us to do extra running over the summer for preseason and I wouldnt get stomach cramps until after I had finished running, and then I was in horrible pain (and I also had to go to the bathroom...) i get the same thing during class today and i sit down for awhile |

Hey dear if u done the test and its negative then why to worry dear dont take stress or get tensed it makes more delaying periods.Sometimes harmonal changes also make periods delay for few days not...
