Cramps!?!?!?

ohmygooooddness!!!

im having the worrrrst cramps in the worldd.
idk what to do anymore.
dont say take midol or anything cuz ive been taking it all day.

i didnt even go 2 school today it was so bad.
but i have 2 go tommarow.

help pleeeease.
im desprate!
they're kiiiiling meeee.

i have them really bad too, like really really bad.
the best thing for me is to take advil, nothing else works for me.
then i lie down on my bed , [since your usually to sick to do anything]
like most people say to exercise.
but yeah.
lie down, and get a hot water bottle, and put it there until the advil kicks in, then you should be good for a while.
another thing that works really well is heating pads you can buy i always use for when i go to school and i have cramps.
you can get them in the girls place where they have pads/tampons etc, in most stores, and you just stick them inside your underwear, and it works very well.
another thing i like to do is lie on my side and bend my legs up as far as they can go with out being uncomfortable.
i like to eat icecream too. :)
hope that helps , and hope you feel better soon.

I know how you feel. I get cramps so bad that it makes me puke. I crawl up in a ball and can't eat or sleep. First, I went to my doctor and she prescribed me prescription pain killers. (Tylenol with codine). They still weren't helping, so she put me on birth control. Being on birth control took away almost all of my cramping and it was amazing! I was on it for 3 years, but just recently went off because my boyfriend and I decided we didn't want it to affect my fertility later on. Anyway, for a temporary fix - thermacare heat pads or a hot water bottle will help. But I would see your doctor and talk about your other options.

Try taking a warm bath as hot as you can stand the water, the heat will act like a muscle relaxer and should help ease the cramps.

when midol does not work for me i use a heating patch those work soooo good. also take a warm bath that helps too.

Bananas are good . Try a warm bath , heating pad , excersize , and even if some people say that running is bad because it makes the blood go out faster , its not true . Just try all those things , including the Midol . Just don't over does yourself ! Good luck

I use to have cramps so bad I would pass out! Thats a little scary at 13 let me tell you. My mom made me warm milk with honey in it and then put a heating pad on low on lower abdomen. Always worked for me.
