Cramps!!!!!!!!!!?

what's the best way to get rid or cramps because all the pain medicine don't work for me...does anyone have anything for me

tips about pain relief on your period....

1. dont drink anything with caffine
2. try to have sexual arousement, not sex or anything to do with your p u s s y, like feeling your boobs or legs or even your a s s.
3. take long walks and exercise about 30 minutes a day.
4. dont eat salty food.
5. drink lots of water and grape juice.
6. take a shower not a bath.
7. douche yourself when you think your period is almost gone.

chocolate!

heating pad on your pelvis or see a Dr for some meds.

Avoid greasy food and try heating pads, breathing exercises or pamprin MAX. That works for me. And I get terrible cramps, to where I'm taking vicadin for them.

Try a therapeutic heat warmer, You stick in the micro for about 35 sec and then place it on your cramps. It works really goo for me and i get severe cramps also.

fill a large sock up with uncooked, dry white rice. close the top of the sock with a hair tie or knot it at the end so the rice cant spill out. throw it in the microwave for a minute or two till it gets pretty warm. now apply it to your stomach or back or where ever you have the cramps.

Motrin doesnt work for you? If I have super bad cramps I take 3 and it really does the trick for me.

i think- chocolate, a hot bath, ice cream, excercise, stretching. theres lots of things. just experiment a little.

Hi,
I've heard if you take a calcium/ magnesium supplement it can lessen your menstrual cramps. Try taking Ibuprofen a few days before you start to help ease the pain. Hope you feel better.

I had it so bad... i mean cramps nausea, dizziness, fatigue, etc etc... The only thing that helped me, and i'm talkin cramps so bad that you are doubled over...., is being on the pill.

Try talking to your doctor about it. Midol didnt work for me, pamprin didnt work for me... nothin worked.

The best way to get rid of cramps is exercise. It speeds up the flow so there is no pushing on getting it out because it is already coming out easily. You could also try laying on a bed and putting your legs up agains the wall. Thats what works for me all of the time.

Good luck!
