Cramps????????????????????????...

I am allergic to motrin and that kind of a thing, so what is a natural thing to get rid of them. It has to work very good because I cannnot do anything without hurting during my period.

I am 12 and in 7th grade

wow - allergic to mortrin? that's the only thing that works for me - if I couldn't use medicine I would get a little massage ball and put it on my achy parts and make a heating pad by filling a long sock with dry rice close with a hair band and microwave for a minute or two till hot. - the warmth will ease the cramps - hot baths, going for walks will help too.

A heating pad can work wonders.. I have one that heats up in the microwave. You can also buy heat patches that you can wear under your clothes.
Hope it helps!

I'm allergic to Motrin also! I take Tylenol rapid release as soon as I feel it coming on or if I even think it is. If I can I take a hot bath, get in my most comfy clothes, get super comfortable in my bed and cuddle up with the tv. I usually lay a hitting pad between my stomach and lap and kind of ball up. This helps your body relax. Hope some of this helps!

My heating pad is my best friend during my period! A hot bath can also help. I get severe cramps in my lower back, and heat is the only thing that helps me.

The most simple and most easiest way to try to bring the cramps down is relax and maybe get an ice pack and put it on. You should also rest. Trying not to be rude, but how old are you? I'm just asking because if you don't go to school, then you could rest a whole day, or for as long as the cramps hurt. IF you go to school, maybe you should ask a doctor. Either way you should ask your doctor about a perscription that wont give you a allergic reaction, and you should be alright!-Good Luck!-Banana
