Stomach Cramps?


Im in athletics and everyday we always work our a$$ off. Recently i keep getting cramps in my stomach, and of course they hurt, especially while im running, it affects my running, and im not a quiter, but i would love to know hot to stop it.

Ive heard that theres gas or i dont drink enough water is how you get cramps.

1- How do you get cramps?
2- How do you prevent cramps?

Well first of all you get cramps if you run after drinking alot of water, or with a full stomach, the best way to avoid them is to eat as less as possible b4 your workout and then eat something, but not to much. Eating alot always creates cramps.

well i get cramps lke right after i drink something or eat something then run... i just grab on to my ribs and hold my stomache while i run...idk how to get rid of them...

You should ask for some experienced experts or persons who suffered the same pain. I heared that a person at http://www.greenfriends.com/blog/morela had seriously stomach cramp before, but he had a very good method to cure his stomach pain. He would like to share his nostrum with everybody.
