Night Cramps? |
I tend to have night cramps in my calf muscle. Could be a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or Vitamin B6. I use to get cramps all the time until I started taking a daily multi-vitamin and the cramps decreased by 75 % or so. Then, I read a article how much B-12 vitaminms play a roll in muscle cramps. You guess it, I started taking one daily B-12 vitamin and now I get calf cramp maybe 2-3 times a year. I hope it works as well for you as it worked for me. It is the best ten bucks a month I have ever spent. |
