Hand Cramps After Electric Shock, How Long Will It Last? |
Twice in one week while turning on a light switch I recv'd and electric shock to my finger, hand and arm. I was not burned either time alothough I had immediate pain, which involved cramping, pins and needles and tingling. The second time getting shocked was much worse than the first. It has been three weeks and I still have severe hand cramps and my middle finger feels bruised but there is no external bruise marks. If I try to write or type I get cramps. Has anyone had this happen to them? What were your symptoms and how were you treated for the hand cramps? Any suggestions on how I can get the mobility and strength back into my hand? Want to get back to normal as soon as possible, cause this really sucks. I have just had the same problem, I got an good size electric shock and now my thumb and hand mustles are cramping really bad except its permanent. Im gonna go to the doctor and would think that is the logical thing for you to do too. See a doctor. OH NO! YOUR HAND'S GONNA ROT AND FALL OFF! i haven't had this, though i have been shocked many times, you need a doc and probably a physical therapist. i say see a doctor and get an electrition to fix that switch |
