Cramps? pleaseeee help!? |
right before I start by period I get bad cramps in my side. I know this is normal, but gas comes along with mine. for example, I'll cramp and if I push on the cramp, I'll release gas. what's wrong with me?! Its perfectly normal. You can take midol, take in less caffiene, use heat pads, and being phsyically active can help alliveate cramps It's Normal....You can take a Midol and that should help with the Cramps Midol and a warm patch thing for sore backs always works for me. I just put the patch on the front and it calms the cramps down in a few minutes. If you're really concerned about it, ask your family doctor. What's the worst he could say? And then all your doubts would also be gone. It's normal, just take some advil or something, everyones bodies are different, they react differently. So you can't exactly think something's wrong with you when another person doesn't have that. Some ppl have cramps, others don't, some people have bloating, others don't. You just happen to have gas come along with yours, if you take advil, you'll have no need to push on your cramps, and gas won't occur, though it still might, it's the natural way of the body and you'll just have to go with the flow. :) One week before your period you should avoid eating too much sweets , fatty and sour foods. i wouldn't be worried about the gas, it's probably your bodys way of relieving the bloated feeling somehow. i go #2 wayy more when i have cramps just cuz i feel like it will make the cramps better, even if just for that second. and for the bad cramps, i suggest u look into Voltaren. its strong, fast acting (but thats only if midol/advil dont work for you..you should try those first) Totally normal. Try Aleve (it's a muscle relaxer) and some Gas X or activated charcoal. Make sure any medicine you take is ok to take with whatever prescription medicines you might be taking. |
