Cramping feeling like menstrual cramps, not even close to that time of month...?

I had my last period end of May/beginning of June. My next should be coming about June 29th. I never have cramping 2 weeks ahead of time, I'm 24, and am used to the feelings I recieve nearing that time of the month, now it is too soon in the month to have PMS symtoms.

and now I feel as if I have menstrual cramps, uncomfortable pressue, a dull ache in the abdomen area which has lasted the past 3 or 4 days... what could this be?

its past my ovulation time... I ovulated around the 10th-13th of June...

Most likely, you're ovulating, which usually occurs about 14 days after the first day of your period (about halfway through your full monthly cycle). I didn't start feeling ovulation until I was 21 or so. It causes a cramping feeling in your abdomen, similar to your period, but slightly different...almost like a pinching feeling in one or both ovaries. I've learned to notice the difference between period cramps and ovulating cramps. You probably will too in time. I usually only notice ovulation cramping for one to two days though, so if it persists for much longer than five days, I would start to think about seeing your gynecologist.

Oh - I see now that you say it's past your ovulation time. Are you sure you ovulated already (did you actually feel it, or do you monitor it with basal body temperature, etc.)? It's possible that it is late this month; it's happened to me before even though my cycles are very regular. If you're sure it's not ovulation, and pain continues, I would definitely see your doctor. It's possible it's something like endometriosis, but could also be nothing - it's best to make sure. Best wishes :)

Sounds like you're ovulating. It happens mid-cycle. It should go away within a day or two. It's common.

You need to have a pap test and blood work done. Please make an appointment with your GYN .
God Bless and Good Luck

I would just have to say that these things are normal, and even if you don't have them 2 weeks ahead of time some things can change and that's that. I would just have to go with the fact that bodies change? Sorry i couldn't be much of a help

Well, it depends!
1. It could be an appendices, see if u can touch u thigh to ur stomach, if not go to ur nearest doctor ASAP!

2. You could possibly be pregant.

3. Food posioning

4. Or some kind of stomach flu thing.
