Please help! Im at my wits end. Iv had this horrible cough which never seems to go away i sound like a seal!! It starts with a horrible tickle in my throat then i have a coughthing fit. Iv tried all cough medicines and iv seen the doc who said jus take paracetamol which jus makes me sickie. I smoke but only 6 or 7 a week. stop smoking for now.drink plenty of very warm boiled water at every chance you get.drink plenty of tea mixed with lemon and honey.get plenty of rest.should feel better soon.
