What are the advantages and disadvantages between veneers and braces (cosmetic dentistry)?

What are the advantages and disadvantages between veneers and braces (cosmetic dentistry)?

I am trying to figure out which one is more reliable and long lasting. Please share your thoughts.

Braces are only a method of straightening out teeth, removed after 6mths -2 years , depending on the severity of your disfigured teeth. They do a good job, but they are a pain to wear. You do get used to them, after a while.

Veneers are a form of false teeth, where your existing teeth are filed down(and destroyed) and you have beautiful looking teeth cemented on top.I would opt for Veneers, only if my own teeth were really horrible looking(small and discoloured), but if your teeth are only crooked and discoloured, you would be best to have them straightened and bleached(your own teeth are always the best in the end).Veneers don't last for ever(about 10 years) but your own teeth, taken care of properly will last for ever

I DONT EVEN NO WAT VENEERS R!!!! LMAO

veneers are a quick way to get results.
Its like a filling or bonding to reshape your tooth.
Braces work better if you need to adjust your bite and other things not just for cosmetic purposes.
They also take longer.
Check with dentists who specialize in COSMETIC dentistry if you get veneers done.
They are supposed to hold up just like the "new" white fillings
