What problem needs to be fulfilled within the cosmetic dentistry industry? |
ok i dont know if that question makes any sense but basically i am a senior in high school and i go to a technical high school where we focus and study on a specific career while finishing our normal credits required to graduate from a regular high school. well i am in the dental academy and all seniors have this big project that takes the whole year to do and we have to fulfill a need within dental industry. I came up with the problem about how there are so many general dentists that are going into cosmetic dentistry and basically promoting people to get veneers or things done to them rather than maintaing their own teeth and going to a general dentist for routine check ups. Like they are basically telling people its ok not to take care of their natural teeth becauseif something were to happen to them they can take the easy way out and get fake teeth. Although i think this may be a good problem i dont think its enough info to write a resarch paper on it...any ideas on other problems The ways to do a particular technique have almost been all discovered. The only thing left to do is to convert existing methods with completely different technologies. It seems ridiculous that for a 1 hour peroxide+light treatment to whiten teeth that dentists charge $400 and up. I'd like you to do a report on how I can get BriteSmile type results with products at home, for less than $50 in cost, so that the average Joe can have nice looking white teeth. |
