HELP PLEASE this is about child abuse.......? |
Okay wat r some good words that represent that there is hope for abused and neglected children? I have a few and they are hope faith and survivor okay i need words please I can only think of words that represent the future. Being a survivor myself, I needed to only hear that I had someone that would stand by me. Someone to allow me to know that not all people will hurt you. It's not what you say say that really makes the difference, it's your actions after you've spoken the words. Show the child love and understanding....don't belittle them or tell them they can't do something ( I am talking about their dreams for the future) Having come from an abusive family sometimes the words that are spoken hurt more than the beatings.....be encouraging very encouraging..Also you need to know what an awesome thing you are doing!!!!! Kudos To You! |

I knew a child that was being neglected. Physically she wasn't being harmed....emotionally and mentally, she was. Children's Services didn't do a thing even though several reports ... You know what....you have never had to know what it feels like to be hit, to have your head rammed into a wall for losing a piece of jewelry, to continue to be hit with a belt until you cried, or t... Yes it happens to me when angry. I can control and have disciplined myself, not to physically lash out at anyone. Only in self defense. Other then that I do not under any circumstance lower... Access to free legal help, medical care, shelters, counseling ... children in the USA and UK: www.playingtheangel.org ...although i wasn't abused as a child, i had a terrible experience when i was a teenager, i was date raped. i understand what you're going through and i know it hurts alot but you need to f... Ignorance of parental skills. ...NO! Some people CHOOSE! to continue the pattern but it is NOT hereditary. Some of the best parents I know were abused as kids. They decided to break the pattern and give their kids love and heal... why would you do that? Do you want that child to bounce up and down for hours from the sugar rush??? I hope not! ... |
