What is an effective way to reduce fat?

I wanna get thinner.
I was thin back then, I had an athletic body.
But I got pregnant.
I am breastfeeding and they said that that would help a lot.
I wanna work out but as of the moment I can't since I got a cesarean section.
I can't go on a food diet since I tend to binge and forget myself.
Can anyone help?
I wanna pass cheerleading auditions on April/May.
Thanks!

Hi There,

If you can get to a pool indoors/outdoors summer, that is the best way to exercise after a c-sec, I know my wife has had to c-sec's and she has a bangin body, swimming, and eating 6 to 7 times a day healthy not junk and your fist size portions, you metabolism will start catching up and will be working for you 24-7, can find a great diet on the bodyforlife.com, and great exercises just for your needs. I used to be a search and rescue swimmer and swimming is the best exercise you can do. Hope it helps.

do this routine 1-2 times a day

75 jumping jacks
20 burpees
15 push ups
40 normal crunches
25 side crunches (on each side)
30 seconds plank
30 seconds side plank (on each side)
50 mountain climbers
25 flutter kicks
20 reverse crunches

it will burn fat, build muscle and tone existing muscle. i also advise mixed in cardio with sprints and long distance jogs. biking and jump roping etc. works as well. also dieting always helps but if you cant thats ok. if you also cant work out, just DONT use pills or unatural weight loss methods. most are unhealthy and dont work
