Any woman out there suffer from abdominal wall endometriomas? |
I have asked this question before but every response referred to endometriosis. What I am referring to is a mass that consists of endometrial tissue that grows into the abdominal wall, not to the outside of the uterus or surrounding organs. This type that I am talking about usually occurs from cesarean section. Removal of this is much different from regular endometriosis. It is a subtype of a ovarian cyst. it is probably going to be easier to remove than endometriosis in the abdomen. you just open the incision and cut the mass out. usually not very complicated at all |
