If a person has cervical spine degenerative disease, can they also feel pain in their lower back?

The cervical spine, which is the upper part of the spine, if you have a degenerative disease like arthritis or, osteo-arthritis in the degenerative stages like I have, you most certainly may have it in your lower spine.
I've had surgery four times in my cervical spine, with four cadaver bones and two of my own hip bones, plus twelve wires and about 16 screws.
I've had four surgeries in my lower spine with about the same. It will never be the same and I'm on drug control now for pain, it's something I've learned to live with.

yes I have this disease and you will feel a lot of pain in your lower back or where ever it may be.
