How many of you have heard of Celiac Disease or "Gluten free"?

Celiac Disease is getting more and more awareness, just wondered how many of you have heard of it. Thanks!

I have a friend with Celiac Disease.

I heard of it, but i don't know what it means.

My son was tested for it over twenty years ago.

I'm not celiac, but I haven't eaten wheat in almost 2 years. I feel A LOT better.

I have heard of that. I have two younger cousins with it and they are on highly restricted diets.

I know of 2 people with this -they get sick when they eat wheat or grain based foods.Instead they buy products made from corn -like cookies and bread etc.

Yes, I've heard of it, but the only reason I have was because it was featured in a season one episode of House, MD. Best. Show. Ever.
It really raises awareness on little known as well as controversial topics.

I have. Celiac sprue. You have to be on gluten free diet to prevent side effects.
