Are there any good resources for people with Celiac Disease?


My eleven year old daughter, who is also a type one diabetic, is having a biopsy done to see if she has Celiac Disease. I am worried about her and would like any information that people can share with me regarding this disease.

Your doctor as well as your local hospital should be able to tell you if there are any resources such as support groups available in your area.

Glutafin who make many gluten free product can provide you with lots of info including free samples of gluten free products.

Also there is a supprt group, web address is coeliac.co.uk who have lots of info.

Many coelics live quite a healthy life, and lots of foods are now available for sufferers.
