Cavities?? |
I have two cavites 1 on each tooth in the back. I do not feelany pain though. I poked each one with a tooth pick and they are not that deep. Will i need fillings or root canals? it does not hurt if i eat, drink, or do anything else. Arent they suppose to hurt? you will only need filling believe me i have just had cavities on my back teeth on both sides and the only put fillings on but i guess it depends on what your dentist thinks You'll need a filling, like I got. Your doc will say. But make sure to say if your numb, I didn't get a high enough dose of novacane. The reason you don't feel pain is because the cavities are small and have not reach the nerve yet. So get the fillings done. Once the cavities reaches the nerve, then you will start to feel pain and will most lightly need a root canal. probably just a filling for now........ but if you wait, you might need a root canal trust me if the cavities were deep enough to need root canal treatmement you'd know about it big time you probably only need fillings as it sounds as though the decay hasn't reached the pulp yet but id get down to your dentist in the near future to avoid any unessecery pain and expence |
