Why cavities? |
Isn't there a solution to prevent cavities period? Like a clear preservative to apply to your teeth so, that you will never have a cavity again? wish life is so cool but I dont think there iis somethink like that. yeah, its called tooth paste! brush your teeth at least twice a day! Uhmm... First of all, the calcium in milk cannot be incorporated into enamel once the tooth is formed. Secondly, there already exists a clear coating for teeth (sealants) which are good insurance against decay but not the panacea that everyone wants. Toothbrush/paste/floss arre your best bet to prevent decay I am a dental assistant and have studied all the methods to prevent cavities, there is 100% no method like that. Brushing, flossing and using listerine is the best method for preventing cavities. Some people have greater chances of getting cavities due to their saliva even if they brush and floss, but there is no cure to date for cavities. Why don't you invent it and make lots of money. |
