Timely operation under expert treatment can restore vision of a cataract patient almost in full. Now a days very advanced methods for cataract surgery are available like IOLs, Phacolysis etc.
However After cataract extraction, removal or treatment of the underlying cause is to be constantly attended to as usual, to avoid post operative complications.
