Can anyone help me with this?

I am doing a report about the ''Cat Scratch Disease'' and I am stumped over these two questions:

1) Where is the ''Cat Scratch Disease'' located in the world?

2) Who was the ''Cat Scratch Disease'' discovered by? When?

So, can anyone help me? I have been looking for a while and I am just having trouble finding that piece of information. Thank you!
