One of my baby kittens scratched me and now there is a sore?

Is there some kind of disease you can get from getting scratched by a cat? Is there such a thing as someone said:
Cat scratch disease?

How long has the sore been there?

After a cat scratches you the spot itches, spells, then goes back to normal, because all people are allergic to cat scratches.

Here's info on Cat Scratch Disease:

Please don't declaw it's cruel.

If you ever fell the need to declaw try Soft Paws instead they work wonders. I used them on my kitten who had control issues with her claws. Loved them :) http://www.softpaws.com/

keep it clean and dry. if you notice increased pain, redness, or swelling see your doctor for antibiotics.
