Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Inevitable in a skinny hand person?

i have skinny hands even skinnier than my moms. I'm male 26. they say( medical texts) that women get carpal tunnel more , since they have smaller hands and thus smaller carpal tunnels , so it's easier for the nerve to get trapped. I'm not female but i have hands smaller than any woman i've ever seen, not small but skinny, kind of anorexic looking( that's just how al my body is naturally, i eat fine). And i have bad carpal tunnel cause i used computers since 1997 and also played piano. I've given up piano but still have to use computer for jobs etc..

Surgery will usually cure the problem. Had a friend who was an orthopedic surgeon -- a huge bear of a guy, got it in both wrists, and had both operated on. He had to, or give up his practice. Things were perfect, and now he swings a mean golf club.....CTS is an overuse disease, correctable by enlarging the tunnel thru which that nerve passes, simple as that....

Carpal tunnel can also occur due to blood sugar imbalances (correlations with diabetics in current medical literature). Get checked out for high insulin production. Check out www.mayoclinic.com and search for hyperinsulinemia.
