when i was six yrs old i fell off a swing and i green stick fractured both my wrist.well for yrs now after i have suffered with loss of strength and pain but the last yr has got so bad its hurting with everyday thing like puting on my coat and holding shopping its pain even just relaxing will surgery help ? Dont do surgery unless you have tried all options including, wear splints at night, take Vitamin B complex twice a day i had surgery 5 yrs ago for carpal tunnel following an injury and i've been fine since.
