Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Side Effects experiences? |
When the tingling fingers and the numbing effect comes on my left hand I have to vigorously massage my fingers to get my circulation back in my hand. This action generates some heat and in low light conditions can actually see, for the want of a better word movement of germs or whatever on my fingers but on switching the light on they disappear. There are two areas I suspect might be causing this condition, my sight or my benign brain tumour. I wear spectacles and have reasonable sight. I am 82 years old and would really like answers to this very frustrating condition Firstly, the symptoms you indicate are not circulatory but neurologic in origin.. indicating you do have some distress in the cervical spine. Something not unusual for someone your age.. Being as I am just a few years younger than you, I can vouch for strange things appearing in dim light. And I don't have a brain tumor. The reflection off the glasses or the peripheral vision displays some strange things which aren't really there when I turn to look at them. The crawling display may indicate your vision is allowing (for lack of a better word) a sort of electric quality of surfaces, at a certain distance from the eyes. Please see the webpages for more details on Carpal tunnel syndrome. |
