"Caring for caregivers of patients with chronic illnesses." Can I get some tips?

I have a student and I have a project to do in which I must give a one hour presentation on the topic of "caring for caregivers of patients with chronic illnesses".. I am not good with presentations and I have NO idea what I can talk about for one hour! It'd be greatly appreciated if I can get some tips on topics I should cover and even personal stories! Thanks!

Caring for caregivers is becoming increasingly more important with the rise of illnesses such as Alzheimers.
- relief for the caregiver, such as specific times when they can get away and do something for themselves--many spouses especially feel resentful that they are on duty 24/7 with very little respite. A schedule of relief people is essential.
-- people with chronic illnesses are prone to depression, but so are caregivers. Caregivers need to acknowledge that this is possible and be willing to get therapy, take medicines and otherwise take care of themselves.
-- a schedule is essential to maintain order in the household--other people can help to make sure basic things are done--cleaning, taking out trash, getting medicines and keeping track of doctor's appointments. It is difficult for one person to do all this.
-- Caregivers need to laugh...gifts of comedy DVDs and inspirational literature will help the caregiver during the times when they can enjoy themselves.
