I don't know exactly what you are asking. Are you trying to find a list of caregivers (the kind that work in nursing homes with the elderly)? Every state has their own certification process; there is no national list. The best thing to do would be to contact the certification authority of the state that the caregiver lives in. They probably won't be able to give you any personal information about the caregiver, but they can verify that the person is certified to work in that particular state.
